Our Business Model is Simple

Payment - We operate on a standard 50% upfront and 50% upon final delivery structure.

Cancellation - To protect our production schedule, the initial 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable if the project is canceled after

activation.

Revisions - This project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions to ensure we stay on schedule. Additional scope changes will

be quoted separately.

Handover and Ownership - The final un-watermarked video and full commercial usage rights are transferred immediately upon the clearance of the final 50% balance. WedioTel retains the non-exclusive right to display the final video and related assets across our agency portfolio, website and social channels for promotional purposes, unless a custom Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to the project's commencement.

The Execution Model - Our business is simple, you provide the exact requirements and WedioTel delivers the premium video.

We are a dedicated motion production studio, which means we do not guarantee social media reach, engagement, or business

ROI.

Liability - WedioTel operates strictly as a creative service provider. We hold zero legal liability for how the video is distributed,

your business operations, or any claims of fraudulent activity associated with your company or product.
